23ZERO 10TH BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY + FREE T-SHIRT MAY PROMOTION
OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. SPONSOR
The 23ZERO 10th Birthday Giveaway and Birthday T-Shirt Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by 23ZERO USA.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
Promotion begins May 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time and ends May 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time (“Promotion Period”).
All entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period to qualify.
Winner selection will take place on or about May 31, 2026 following close of entries.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, immediate family members, household members, affiliates, distributors, prize partners, agencies, and representatives of Sponsor are not eligible.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY.
A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase or improve the chance of winning.
Entrants may enter free of charge by completing the official online entry form available through Sponsor’s website during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, incomplete, false, automated, or fraudulent entries.
5. GIVEAWAY PRIZES
One (1) grand prize winner will receive a promotional prize package with an approximate combined retail value exceeding $3,300 USD.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value if necessary.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
6. WINNER SELECTION / NOTIFICATION
Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend upon total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the information provided at entry.
If winner fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days, is found ineligible, or forfeits the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
All Sponsor decisions are final.
7. DATA COLLECTION / THIRD-PARTY SHARING CONSENT
By entering this Giveaway, entrant expressly agrees and consents to:
receive future email and marketing communications from 23ZERO USA; and
have submitted registration/contact information shared with participating promotional sponsors, donor brands, and prize contributors affiliated with this giveaway for marketing and promotional outreach.
Entrants understand that participating brands may independently contact entrants with offers, product updates, or promotional information.
Entrants may unsubscribe from future communications at any time pursuant to applicable law.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor and participating prize partners to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, photographs, social media handles, and promotional content for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
9. GENERAL LIABILITY / PROMOTION MODIFICATION
Sponsor is not responsible for:
lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries,
website outages,
technical failures,
email delivery interruptions,
carrier shipment delays,
or unauthorized intervention.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or causes beyond Sponsor’s control impair proper administration.
10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless 23ZERO USA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, prize sponsors, vendors, officers, employees, representatives, and agencies from any and all liability, claims, damages, or injury arising from participation or acceptance/use of any awarded prize.
11. FREE 10TH BIRTHDAY T-SHIRT PURCHASE PROMOTION
During the Promotion Period, customers who make a qualifying purchase of $100 USD or more in one transaction through 23ZERO USA or one of its authorized dealers nationwide, is eligible to receive one (1) complimentary 23ZERO 10th Birthday T-Shirt.
Customer must order the t-shirt online at www.23zero.com by completing the form detailing purchase information, t-shirt size and delivery name and address. 23ZERO USA has the right to verify the purchase with the dealer prior to shipment of the T-shirt.
Limit one (1) complimentary T-Shirt per customer.
T-Shirt sizes and quantities are subject to available inventory.
Offer valid only while promotional stocks last.
No substitutions, rain checks, transfers, or cash redemption permitted.
Receipt of a complimentary T-Shirt does not provide additional giveaway entries and does not increase the odds of winning the giveaway.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the United States.
13. WINNER LIST / RULES REQUEST
