Returns, Repairs, and Warranty

Due to the size of the products that 23Zero ships, our shipping, return, and warranty policies differ from popular retail and online stores. Please familiarize yourself with the policy before placing your order. We reserve the right to update and change this policy at any time.

Canceled Orders or Address Changes

Any canceled orders pre-shipping may be charged a 3.5% administration fee.

Once your tracking number is created, you are responsible for charges due to address changes or canceled orders. Depending on the situation, these charges can range between $50 to $500 (or more), plus a 20% restocking fee if applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Receiving and Inspecting Your Order / Damaged Shipments

The LTL carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Storage/holding fees may be incurred if you do not respond promptly. Before you accept delivery of the product(s) from an LTL carrier like Old Dominion Freight Company, ensure that there are no damages. If you determine the product is damaged upon visual inspection, take pictures, reject the delivery, and notify us as soon as possible at info@23zero.com. If the packaging is damaged, but you are unsure if the product is damaged, take pictures, obtain an Exception Number from the driver, and notify us as soon as possible. Regardless of the condition of the packaging, please inspect your product and notify us within three days of any concealed damages. When you accept a damaged shipment, you are responsible for shipping expenses. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Within ten (10) business days of receipt, regardless of the carrier, please inspect your order to ensure you received everything you expected. Check packages thoroughly; for example, smaller items like Mood Setter Lights may be included inside other boxes. Storage bags, ladders, and hardware are generally inside the main product box. If you find damages or defects, contact us within ten (10) business days of receipt at info@23zero.com. We will assist in getting the product returned, repaired, or replaced (See Warranty and Repair Activation for more detail). After ten (10) business days of receipt, you are responsible for shipping expenses. Please use shipping services that offer tracking. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping, and this could affect the amount of your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns

We accept returns up to ten (10) business days from receipt. The following applies to returns.

  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and resalable condition
  • Bedding, and similar products, must be in the original packaging and unopened
  • You are responsible for return shipping
  • 20% restocking fee
  • Contact us at info@23zero.com for Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please use the address provided below. Packages without an RMA number on the return label will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please use shipping services that offer tracking. Warranty and Repair Activation

Whether you purchased our product here (23zero.com) or from one of our dealers and find that our product(s) doesn’t function properly or has a defect, contact us at info@23zero.com. Include your name, the product you are having issues with, a description of the problem, photos of the problem, and proof of purchase (which should include your name, product, and purchase date). We will review your email and reply within three (3) business days.

In most cases, the product must be returned for inspection to validate the claim and determine a resolution. You are responsible for shipping charges. If the product needs to be shipped to 23Zero, we will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please use the address provided below. Packages without an RMA number on the return label will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please use shipping services that offer insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In cases where the product is out of warranty or the damage is not covered by the warranty, we may provide the necessary repairs for a reasonable fee. However, please understand that we may be unable to repair a product. 

Warranty

We test all 23Zero products to the highest standards to ensure they last in the most challenging outdoor conditions. We proudly take responsibility for the high quality of our range of products.

23Zero warrants to the original purchaser (non-transferable) that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. We provide two (2) years manufacturer’s limited warranty for the rooftop tents covering the main body of the tent. We provide a one (1) year manufacturer’s limited warranty for the transit cover and transit cover straps. We reserve the right to prorate the warranty based on usage. For additional warranty periods, please refer to the chart below.

The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, storm damage, improper cleaning, accidents, lack of general or improper maintenance, driving under car parks, hitting products against hard surfaces, damage caused by car washes, fires, sparks, abuse, alterations, animal attacks, acts of God, UV exposure, or zipper wear. Using 23Zero products for full-time, commercial, or rental situations voids all warranties. 23Zero reserves the right to determine quality standards under this warranty policy.  

Replacement parts may consist of used parts of like or better quality compared to the original parts.

Once you exercise the warranty for a product, the warranty doesn’t reinstate to a new or replacement product.

THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES BEYOND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL 23ZERO BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The warranty is only available to products purchased in the USA and physically present in the lower 48 states.
