RETURNS, REPAIRS, AND WARRANTY
Due to the size of the products that 23Zero ships, our shipping, return, and warranty policies differ from those of many traditional retail and online stores. Please familiarize yourself with this policy before placing your order. We reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time. All shipping charges are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
Canceled Orders or Address Changes
Any canceled orders before shipment may be charged a 3.5% administration fee.
Once a tracking number has been created, you are responsible for any charges resulting from address changes or order cancellations. Depending on the situation, these charges may range from $50 to $500 (or more), plus a 20% restocking fee, if applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Less Than Truckload (LTL) Receiving and Inspecting
The LTL carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Storage or holding fees may be incurred if you do not respond promptly.
Before accepting delivery of the product(s) from an LTL carrier (such as Old Dominion Freight Company), inspect the shipment to ensure there is no visible damage. If you determine the product is damaged upon visual inspection, take photos, reject the delivery, and notify us immediately at info@23zero.com or call 801-349-1099.
If the packaging is damaged but you are unsure whether the product itself is damaged, take photos, obtain an Exception Number from the driver, and notify us as soon as possible.
Regardless of the packaging condition, you are required to inspect your product thoroughly upon delivery and notify us within three (3) business days of any concealed damage. If you fail to inspect the product in a timely manner and accept a damaged shipment, you assume full responsibility for the shipment as delivered, including any and all shipping expenses required to resolve the issue. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-LTL Receiving and Inspecting
Within seven (7) business days of receipt, please inspect your order to ensure you received everything you expected. Check all packaging thoroughly; smaller items (such as lights) may be packed inside other boxes. Storage bags, ladders, and hardware are generally located inside the main product box.
If you find damage or defects, contact us within seven (7) business days of receipt at info@23zero.com. We will assist in determining whether the product should be returned, repaired, or replaced (see Warranty and Repair Activation below).
After seven (7) business days from receipt, you are responsible for all shipping expenses. Please use shipping services that offer tracking. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping, which may affect the amount of your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns
We accept returns within seven (7) business days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Bedding and similar products must be unopened and in original packaging
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- A 20% restocking fee applies
- Contact us at info@23zero.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
Returns must be sent to the address provided below. Packages without an RMA number clearly marked on the return label will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please use shipping services that offer tracking. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping, which may affect the amount of your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty and Repair Activation
If you purchased a 23Zero product directly from us (23zero.com) or from an authorized dealer and believe the product is defective or not functioning correctly, contact us at info@23zero.com.
Please include:
- Your name
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the issue
- Proof of purchase (must include your name, product, and purchase date)
We will review your request and respond within three (3) business days.
In most cases, the product must be returned for inspection to validate the claim and determine an appropriate resolution. You are responsible for shipping costs. If the product needs to be shipped to 23Zero, we will issue an RMA to you. Packages received without an RMA number clearly marked on the return label will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Please use shipping services that provide insurance and tracking, as we are not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the product is out of warranty or the damage is not covered, we may offer repair services for a reasonable fee. Please note that some products may not be repairable.
Overall Warranty
All 23Zero products are tested to high standards to perform in challenging outdoor conditions. We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. 23Zero reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether a product meets quality standards under this warranty policy.
23Zero warrants to the original purchaser only (non-transferable) that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
- Rooftop tents and awning (main body): Two (2)-year manufacturer’s limited warranty
- Transit covers and transit cover straps: One (1)-year manufacturer’s limited warranty

We reserve the right to prorate warranty coverage. Proration is calculated at 23Zero’s discretion based on time in use and condition.
Replacement parts may include new or refurbished parts of equal or better quality than the original.
Once a warranty claim is exercised, the warranty does not reset or renew for replacement products.
This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, improper use, storm damage, improper cleaning, accidents, lack of maintenance, improper maintenance, low-clearance impacts (including car parks), roll-overs, contact with hard surfaces, car washes, fires, sparks, abuse, alterations, animal damage, acts of God, UV exposure, or zipper wear.
Use of 23Zero products for full-time living, defined as use as a primary residence, permanent sleeping accommodation, or continuous habitation, as well as commercial or rental use, voids all warranties.
This warranty applies only to products purchased in the United States and physically located within the contiguous (lower 48) states.THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES BEYOND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL 23ZERO BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
