Tariff Pricing Policy 2025

Due to ongoing and unpredictable changes in U.S.–China tariff regulations, the cost to import some of our products is currently in flux. Rather than stop taking orders altogether or artificially inflate pricing, we’re taking a balanced and transparent approach:

• For in-stock items: current pricing will be honored
• We are now accepting fully refundable deposits to reserve your item and place in line. We anticipate tariffs will stabilize, and once they do, we’ll provide the updated price. At that point, you can choose to complete your purchase or receive a full refund. At that time our customer service team will contact you and assist in completing the refund or purchase.

As you shop 23Zero, any affected products will clearly indicate that you are placing a deposit. If you choose to pay the full amount listed, please note that we will treat it as a deposit until final pricing is confirmed.

Please note: Affirm financing is not available for orders containing deposit-based products. To finance in-stock items through Affirm, we recommend placing your deposit separately via credit card (Authorize.net), then placing a second order using Affirm for any ready-to-ship products.
